16 Great Mother’s Day Brunch Recipes

If you are lucky enough to get a reservation for brunch on Mother’s Day, it can cost you a pretty penny. Instead, I love doing my own Mother’s Day brunch for the Moms in my family. There are so many great make ahead recipes you can serve for brunch like muffins, and egg casserole which make it super easy to do.

    Since my mom is coming in from out of the Country for Mother’s Day this year we are going out for brunch but I may make one of those iced Mexican coffees for her while she’s here!

    I’ll be traveling home on Mother’s Day from Branson, Missouri. I’m going to try to do something this weekend for my Mom. These brunch recipes are great!

    I love all of these ideas, probably because brunch is my favorite! We usually do brunch with my in-laws so maybe I can try out one of these recipes.

    “Brunch” food is among my favorites! I’d love to have brunch for Mother’s Day. My mom passed away a few years ago, so I think it’d be nice for my sisters and I to get together and have brunch – and talk about the “remember when’s”.

    Making brunch instead of going out is a good idea. It would probably allow for a lot more people to visit too! I’m feeling a party coming on. I mean, a ‘gathering.’ :)

    Mother’s Day is the perfect day for a fancy brunch. My favorites are cinnamon roll pancakes with homemade whipped cream – or red velvet pancakes.
