Do you remember when Polly Pocket first came out? They were so tiny, cute, and easily transported in your pocket. When we received the Polly Pocket Hangout House Playset and Patio Playsets to review, I was surprised by how much bigger Polly Pocket has become. While still small and cute, the new and improved Polly Pocket is easier to handle and won’t get lost so easily.
Toys with lots of tiny parts don’t last long in our house. The new and improved Polly Pocket is not only bigger, but each piece has a small suction cup at the bottom. Now all the little pieces stay where you put them and it’s so easy to transport.
The Polly Pocket Hangout House has enough to keep your little girl busy for hours. The little suction cups on the bottom keep all the pieces together, making it a practical toy for road trips. The Hangout House Playset offers so much fun to little girls.
The Hangout House playset features:
Polly and her dog
Lots of colorful, functional furniture (including a bath tub)
Lots of fun accessories
A cool elevator
Third floor that transforms from a bedroom to a roof top pool
The smaller Patio Playset is perfect to take on the road. The ultra stylish Patio Set is a perfect addition to the Hangout House. I really like how each set can easily be clicked together, to form one super big playset. The fun patio set includes Lea doll and her adorable pet. There is also a tiki hut, two chairs, a grill, drinks, and snacks. It has everything Polly needs for an outdoor BBQ.
Although the Polly Pocket playsets have larger pieces than previously, keep in mind that they are still small enough to pose a choking hazard to children ages 3 and under.
We are quite impressed with the new and improved Polly Pocket and look forward to adding on additional playsets. I imagine I’ll be seeing Polly Pocket on some Christmas lists this year! The Polly Pocket web site has a lot of neat stuff to look at and offers some fun games that you can play for free, so be sure to check it out.
Disclosure: I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Mattel Polly Pocket. I received a product samples and a promotional item as a thank-you for participating.

My kids loved Polly Pockets when they were younger (even my son!) They are perfect for taking on trips because of the size.

My niece and even my 13 year old love Polly Pocket. It’s so neat to see all of the different accessories that come with them and how much fun can be had. I’m thinking we’re going to have to add the Hangout House to the collection, thanks!

My daughter loves these when she was little. She had tons of them and a nice house for them to live in with tons of clothes! Thanks for the trip down memory lane.

Don’t laugh…but I totally choked on one of those tiny Polly Pockets when I was 3 years old. I had to go to the ER and everything. Glad to see that they’re changing their look!
