The latest edition to our 2012 Holiday Gift Guide is the LET’S ROCK Grover Microphone. This super fun toy is for children ages 18 months through 4 years old. It’s part of Hasbro’s Playskool Sesame Street line of toys. I’ll be giving this to my grandson for Christmas, but did test it out a bit to learn more about it. I was pleased to learn that it’s a real working microphone.
There are two easy to push buttons on the microphone – one will play songs and phrases, while the other amplifies your voice. Grover sings three fun songs that kids can sing along with: “Old MacDonald”, “Wheels on the Bus”, and “If You’re Happy and You Know It”.
If your child already has LET’S ROCK Elmo, you’ll probably want to pick this microphone up or purchase them together. They interact with each other. It’s an affordable addition to your child’s holiday wish list. It’s currently available from the Hasbro Toy Shop for $14.99 and Amazon currently has it at $11.36.
My grandchildren love to sing and dance, so this toy is sure to be a big hit on Christmas morning.

Playskool has really hit it out of the park with this line of Sesame Street toys. Each year they get better and better. They are always the prefect gift to buy!

My daughter would love this! She doesn’t have a clue who any of the sesame street characters are (shocking I know) but she would have a blast with the microphone and the songs. She loves to sing and dance.
