Living on 100 acres of woods, my son and grandchildren are always outside with the horses, shooting targets, riding 4 wheelers, or just hiking out to the cabin. I’m not always free to be outside with them, but now they can share it all with me by capturing the adventure with Action Shot Camera. The camera can easily be worn on the head with the strap attachment. The mounting kit can be used to attach the camera to a bicycle or scooter handle bars, or in our case attached to the 4 wheeler. My son went for a ride this morning and shot this video for me.

The video quality is pretty good, but one thing we found is that the vibration of riding through the woods was a bit much for the camera at higher speeds. The picture quality deteriorated above 10 mph. It works much better on a more smooth surface.

One of the big draws of Action Shot Camera is how quick and easy it is to use. It literally takes minutes to assemble and go. A simple push of a button lets turn the camera on and off. Another push of a button lets you change the settings for picture or VGA and QVGA video. Internal memory lets you store up to 1500 images, like the one below.

My son is probably more excited about this camera than my grandchildren. He thinks it will be perfect to wear while hunting and fishing.
