I've been a bargain shopper and couponer for many years. Dollar General is one of those stores where I am sure to always get a good everyday value on some of my favorite P&G brands like Vidal Sassoon, Swiffer, and Cascade. When I save money on the grocery bill, I don't feel guilty stopping for a latte on the way home.

I always see great Dollar General sales and coupons. I wish I had one close to me. When we travel for my husband’s work there is sometimes a Dollar General and it is such a treat to visit. I love great deals too!

DG is the only store in my tiny town so we go there all the top for “in between grocery trips” type trips. I love their $5 off $25 coupons that they put out a couple of times a month.

I need to start using coupons more than I do. You are right that the few dollars each time adds up, but I know I could be saving more. I do like to use coupons at DG though…makes the brand names much more affordable!
