When it comes to fashion, I love a dramatic look, but am not willing to sacrifice comfort. Except for shoes that is… I’ve been known to sacrifice comfort for a great pair of shoes, a time or two. I love wearing a pair of comfy, cozy legging or tights during the cooler months, paired with a vibrant colored top or jacket. No nonsense tights and leggings are a great foundation for a Winter outfit. They come in a fantastic variety of colors, fabrics, and sizes with everything from Corduroy to denim, in vibrant colors such as red and purple.

No nonsense is “style made easy”!

I’ve put together a dramatic look featuring No nonsense Great Shapes Cotton Shaping Leggings in the color black, as the foundation. Paired with a black and white striped cotton top, and topped with a fabulous long red jacket, this look can easily take you from day to night. I try not to be afraid of color during the Winter months, and often add a bright colorful bag or scarf.

Without further ado… here’s my look.

I titled this look ‘Lady in Red’, because of the gorgeous red jacket. But truly the best part of this outfit is the Cotton Shaping Leggings by No nonsense. They have a cotton and spandex blend panel to give a smoother look. I’m a curvy girl, so I need all the extra support I can get. These leggings from No nonsense are just what I need.

So, what’s your fashion style?

No nonsense has teamed up with renowned fashion expert Jill Martin, as their new brand ambassador, to show women how they can best wear the new colorful and high-impact tights and leggings. Jill Martain said, “I’ve always been a fan of No nonsense as they are a brand that is available to everyone, is easy to wear and even easier to find. I am really loving the new look of the brand and all the new products.”, and I couldn’t agree with her more! With a busy lifestyle like mine, it’s important to have quality, comfortable clothes that are affordable and easy to find in both food and drug stores, as well as most retailers.

I love the outfit you’ve put together but heels that high would find me on the ground with a broken ankle! I love that these tights come in corduroy & denim. There is nothing cozier then a baggy sweater with a pair of leggings. It’s like being in cozy jammies all day!

  2. Great board! Love checking out wintery fashion ideas!

  6. Very cute outfit – I don’t do uncomfortable shoes, though – what’s the point in the rest of you being comfy if your feet are screaming in agony? :)

  12. I love, Love, LOVE that red coat! Great post!

  13. I like the outfit but am not a fan of the shoes because for me those shoes = broken ankles. Or least ankle. I think about leggings but haven’t taken the plunge. My upper thighs are not proportional to the rest of my legs so I am afraid I wouldn’t find any that fit my legs properly…

  14. I really love the colors of this outfit. I’m not sure I could walk in the shoes. lol But I do love it anyway.

  15. That is a cute outfit, but I would never be able to walk in those heels! I’m a total klutz, lol. I love wearing tights, they’re so cute and comfy.

  17. I love those shoes! Leggings are an absolute must in my wardrobe.

  18. Leggings are great with long knee length button up silk shirts and a pair of flats for those of us that would break our neck in those gorgeous shoes (that would be me). It would be an outfit you could wear any where. How does anyone walk in shoes like that? Oh how I wish I could. I like that No Nonsense Leggings and Tights are back in style.

    • The shoes are definitely unrealistic, but it would be awesome if we could pull them off without breaking our necks! :)
