Like many of you, my family does what we can to help others in our community. This past holiday season, Laura and I were able to donate a lot of toys and other items we had received to review. It’s one way that we are able to give back. Now that the hustle and bustle of the holidays is over, we hope that the needs in our communities will not be forgotten. White Cloud, the maker of fine paper products, is doing their part to keep the generosity going, by teaming up with Children’s Miracle Network to create miracles for kids in need.
Children receiving treatment in the Children’s Miracle Network’s 168 U.S. member hospitals have put their creativity and imagination to work by submitting drawings that may become the new White Cloud Facial Tissue box design. White Cloud has collected the designs from these brave kids, and has narrowed it down to 10 finalists. The finalists art work is available to view on the White Cloud Facebook Page, and from there you can vote for your favorite design. I have to warn you… it’s going to be hard to choose a favorite from all of the fabulous drawings!
Why should you vote? Three winning designs will be printed on White Cloud Special Edition Facial Tissue boxes that will be sold exclusively at Walmart stores, beginning in May. Each of the Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) hospitals with winning designs will receive a generous donation from White Cloud.
There’s more… You also have a chance to win! Fans who vote during the voting period will also have a chance to enter a Sweepstakes, for a chance to win $25 Walmart Gift Cards or the Grand Prize of a One Year Supply of White Cloud Products. Who wouldn’t want to win that? It would sure help out my budget!

I’ve volunteered to feed the homeless on Thanksgiving, I’ve done walks, I donate clothing & toys. My best was a donation to a young woman on her way to Mexico to work with homeless children, she was going to bring them small toys I had given her that would fit in her suitcase. This made me smile for a long time!
