Our favorites are going to the beach, taking nature walks, we love going to our local natural history museum every quarter for their new exhibits, especially the tide pools. Geocaching is how my family has fun~! It is an inexpensive way to have a stay vacations when your on a budget too. Last summer we packed a picnic and spent the entire day Geocaching , which led us to a wonderful museum that was free to explore. The kids had a blast. I collect pathtags and found a few to add to my collection and of course everyone has their favorite trinket to find so we have fun trading trinkets in the cach. If you ever Geocach in Maine and see the book signed “We Are The Goonies!” that’s us

Now that we are buried in snow we can’t go geocaching but come spring we all will be excited to go. We like putting lottery tickets in them for added treasure fun. When school starts up we also like putting school supplies in them too. Glad you discovered geocaching and I hope you have as much fun as my family has had discovering our own home state
