I wish I could say that my family sits down together for a hot breakfast every morning, but so many things seem to get in the way like the line for the bathroom, the missing shoe, the missing homework… you get the picture. The mini pancakes and french toast sticks are perfect for little hands, but they’re also great for the bigger kids and moms too.
My local grocery store carries the Mini Pancakes variety, and they are delicious. Each 14.5 ounce box serves up to 4 people, and it’s a hearty portion of 10 mini pancakes – but you don’t have to heat the whole box at once. You can easily heat up just a few at time in the microwave, although with my hungry crew a whole box is gone in not time flat.
Aunt Jemima frozen breakfast takes great pride in making frozen pancakes, waffles and French toast just like moms across America make breakfast in their own kitchens — their griddles are just a little bit bigger.
