This Caramel Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie has fast become one of my favorite smoothies to make. Smoothies are so versatile and a great way to sneak some extra fruit and protein into your diet. I’ve also been adding flax or chia seeds for some added health benefits. As someone who makes a smoothie pretty much every day, I love it when I find new ingredients to mix things up a bit.

Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yogurt (I use plain yogurt, but use any flavor you like.)
1/4 cup milk
1 banana
6 ice cubes
1 tablespoon caramel sauce
pinch of salt
3 tablespoons
Jif® Peanut Powder

Directions: Place all ingredients in blender container and pulse until smooth.

  • 1 banana 6 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons Jif® Peanut Powder

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in blender container and pulse until smooth.
