Colman’s Mustard Review

In 1814 Jeremiah Coleman took over a mustard manufacturing business and mustard in England was never to be the same again. With it’s zesty blend of brown and white mustard seeds, Coleman’s has delivered the finest quality, gourmet spicy mustard for almost 200 years.
 
Mustard is a favorite condiment of ours. When a package arrived and I saw the Colman’s Mustard, I was pretty excited. 
Colman’s Original Prepared Mustard is cholesterol, fat and gluten free and is available in a 3.53 oz jar. This spicy prepared mustard made my typical turkey sandwich a bit more
interesting. I decided to do a bit of cooking with my Colman’s mustard. I coated some boneless, skinless chicken breasts with the prepared mustard and then sprinkled on Italian bread crumbs and baked. It was a very simple and delicious meal. Colman’s mustard packs a bit more punch than other mustards. It’s a bit spicy and creamy with just the right amount of flavor. I can’t wait to use it in my potato salad! 
Colman’s Dry Mustard Powder has an ultra-fine consistency and also adds a bit of kick to your dishes. It contains no added dyes, chemicals or preservatives. It is also gluten free. A little of this goes a long way, making it a great value. I added just a smidge to my homemade dressing and it added a lot of great flavor. If you like to make dry rubs for your meat, this would be the perfect ingredient. I look forward to using this in many more recipes!
