    By staying close to the air conditioner. lol I will be spending tons of time outdoors thanks to my daughter playing traveel softball but when I’m not on a field, I will be in front of the air. Thank you!

    We have very large trees around our house and along with the air conditioning we stay pretty cool.

    I’ll stay hydrated with cold water; this seems to make me cooler than when I don’t drink cold water.
