This last year has been tough for a lot of reasons. Many children have been struggling with school. In my own household, we’ve had our ups and downs with e-learning and now homeschooling. We recently visited the USF campus, and my 12-year-old has already chosen her dormitory and where she’s going to get her morning coffee. She isn’t allowed to drink coffee yet, but I think it’s cute that she’s looking forward to those little things that are part of college life.

Using Your Florida Prepaid Plan
While Florida Prepaid Plans were designed to be used at in-state public institutions, you can use your plan at private and public schools inside or outside of Florida. If you move outside of Florida, your Florida Prepaid Plan can be used nationwide. That’s right! If you purchase a plan and then move out of Florida, your plan and its value goes with you!
Your Prepaid Plan can also be used at Technical (Vocational) schools in Florida.
What if you already have a 529 plan? It’s a great strategy to have both a 529 Savings Plan and Prepaid Plan to cover the many costs your child will encounter while in college.
