4-Ingredient Chili Dog Casserole
Ingredients:
2 cans (15 oz. each) chili with beans
5 OSCAR MAYER Wieners
5 corn tortillas (6-inch)
½ cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Spread chili onto the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish.
Place 1 wiener on each tortilla; roll up. Place, seam sides down, over chili. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. (I totally forgot to cover mine, but they still turned out great.)
Bake 25 minutes or until wieners are heated through and cheese is melted.

Tip: If your corn tortillas aren’t really fresh, they might want to crack when you roll them. Here’s an easy solution for you! Run the tortillas under hot tap water and place a small stack of them on a plate. Cover with a wet paper towel and microwave for 30 to 45 seconds. You might need to let them stand for a minute, before rolling.

These kinda look like pigs in a blanket, only better! I will have to try them for myself!
This is the perfect lunchtime recipe to send to school with my daughter. I love chili and hot dogs and cheese so it’s the perfect dinner for me. Thanks!
We love chili dogs but I’ve never thought of making a chili dog casserole before. I must admit I am very intrigued and will definitely be trying this… probably this coming Wednesday, in fact. 🙂
These look great! I would of never though of this combo this is different
That is such a great twist on a chili dog! I’ll have to try this with my family
This would be a great dish to make when you are short on time. It looks like a simple and delicious meal to make.
I’m not a fan of chili dogs, but I love the idea of wrapping hot dogs in tortillas and adding cheese to the mix! Quick and easy!
Very creative! I love chili with beans … and tortillas … and cheese … Thanks so much for sharing with us at the Inspire Me Mondays Link-Up!
Wow, I love simple and easy recipes and this one takes the casserole! Seriously though, I saw this just in time, my husband just made a huge batch of chili this week, we have left over cheddar cheese from our cheddar-broccoli-chicken dish from earlier in the week, and we always have hot dogs. My girl loves hot dogs! I love finding ways to mix left-over foods (like the chili) with stuff I already have on hand to make a different kind of dish. It’s so much better, than just using your left-overs as is, and much less dull. Thanks for the awesome ideas. Your grand-kids are lucky to have such a cool grandma. Grandma’s are the best!
I made this tonight and it was a hit! I microwaved each tortilla 30 seconds to soften them for rolling. When serving I topped them with chopped chives and a bit of sour cream. Drlicious!
