This casserole is a really delicious twist on a regular chili dog and is super easy to make. We may never eat hot dogs in a plain old bun again. You’re going to love this one! We sure did.

4-Ingredient Chili Dog Casserole
2 cans (15 oz. each) chili with beans
5 OSCAR MAYER Wieners
5 corn tortillas (6-inch)
½ cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Spread chili onto the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish.
Place 1 wiener on each tortilla; roll up. Place, seam sides down, over chili. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. (I totally forgot to cover mine, but they still turned out great.)
Bake 25 minutes or until wieners are heated through and cheese is melted.

Tip: If your corn tortillas aren’t really fresh, they might want to crack when you roll them. Here’s an easy solution for you! Run the tortillas under hot tap water and place a small stack of them on a plate. Cover with a wet paper towel and microwave for 30 to 45 seconds. You might need to let them stand for a minute, before rolling.

those sound terrific. I’ll be making them soon but will add a couple of dashes of hot sause & onions
Thanks! That sounds like a great addition!
Lisa Gunter says
Does the tortilla get crunchy or soggy? Corn or flour tortilla?
Hi Lisa, thanks for your question. I prefer the corn tortillas myself but have used both. As long as you bake right away or store in the fridge for just a couple of hours, you won’t have to worry about soggy tortillas.
