Brown Butter Blondies

Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides to lift the blondies out easily.

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until the butter turns a nutty brown color and smells fragrant.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
