We’ve all heard that one of the best things you can do for your health is to get a good nights sleep. Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety. I was recently given the opportunity to try out the Ashley Sleep Dual Sided Pillow, and think I have finally found the right pillow for a healthier night’s sleep.
I don’t know why, but in the past I haven’t given much thought to the pillows that I purchased. I was the kind of person who would purchase pillows only if I saw them at a deep discount. I purchased a down topper for my bed a few years back, but just hadn’t quite come to the point of investing in some good pillows. After sleeping on the Ashley Sleep memory foam pillow, I now realize that spending that extra money is just that – an investment. After all, what’s more important than investing in my family’s health?
About the Ashley Sleep Dual Sided Pillow
The pillow has a soft top side that is made from Molded Ecofusion Foam, and it is super comfy. Support is given by the bottom side of the pillow which is made from a Microfiber padding. This pillow is ideal for side or stomach sleepers, providing layers of comfort. The queen size pillow measures 30″W x 19″D x 6″H and weighs 2.5 pounds.
Doesn’t that look comfy?
I sleep on my side and am thrilled by the support I get from this pillow, and am surprised by how soft and comfortable it is. I always thought of memory foam pillows as being stiff and overly firm, but this is not the case with the Ashley Sleep Dual Sided Pillow.
The pillow has a suggested price tag of $59.99 which is quite a bit more than I would normally pay for a pillow, but after sleeping on this pillow for a couple of weeks I think it is worth the investment.
