Welcome the warm weather with this delicious berry frappe! I love anything fruity and this frothy berry frappe recipe is both refreshing and delicious. Make this for your guests and they are sure to be impressed.
Here’s What You’ll Need
12 ounce bag frozen unsweetened raspberries
1 pint strawberries, sliced
12 ounces cream soda
8 ounces non-fat or low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
2 cups club soda
1. You will need to blend the ingredients in two batches, so your blender doesn’t floweth over (Trust me on this one, as I speak from a very messy experience. Place 1/2 of the following ingredients in blender: raspberries, creme soda, yogurt, lemonade concentrate and sugar. Cover, blend until berries are pureed and sugar is dissolved. Pour mixture into 13×9 inch pan.
2. Cover and freeze 3 hours or until firm.
3. Using a fork, break up half of the frozen mixture. Place in blender and add 1 cup of the club soda. Cover and blend until frothy. Pour into chilled glasses. Repeat with remaining half of frozen mixture and remaining cup of club soda.
Enjoy your berry frappe! (Yields 4 generous servings.)

This recipe combines 3 of my favorite food/beverages strawberries, cream soda, and raspberries. Since it’s berry season here in Central Florida (the wild berries are beginning to fill the fields by my house) I may have to try this with fresh frozen raspberries. Thank you for sharing the recipe, it looks like something for my special treat list, I also really appreciate the dilution of the sugar in the cream soda with using club soda.
