It’s no secret. A woman’s body changes after childbirth and as we get older. One in three women experience incontinence at some point in her life. A sneeze sneaking up on you or simply bending over can send you into a pee panic. Been there. Done that. Wrote the book on it. Bladder leakage is real, but it doesn’t have to change your lifestyle thanks to products like Always Discreet at Walmart. This blog post is sponsored by Always Discreet. All experiences are my own.
I like to laugh. Like, a lot.
Sometimes I crack myself up.
Laughing a little too hard has sent this 47-year old mama into a pee panic on more than one occasion.
Bladder Leakage is No Big Deal
I’ve always loved roller coasters and scary movies. Call me crazy, but I love being scared half out of my mind. Toss me around, drop me from the sky, and I’m laughing hysterically. Loving every minute of it. The first time I noticed a problem with bladder leakage was actually at a theme park. It was on the Tower of Terror at Disney Hollywood Studios. The ride literally scared the pee out of me. After that, I started saying a little “please don’t let me pee” prayer before going on roller coasters and skipping some rides all together. Now, thanks to Always Discreet, I don’t have to worry about that anymore.

I LOVE how small those discreet liners are. I don’t have this issue yet, but just by virtue of being female and having 3 kids, I know it’s probably coming at some point!

I think it’s pretty awesome that they got those pads so small. I had an elderly family member who had to wear these back in the day, and she hated them because they were so thick.

OMG sneezing catches me every time. I hate it!
I think it’s great they came out with products like these. I’ve noticed this problem sometimes too and boy it can be annoying! A product like this helps.

I like them smaller as well. No fun to wear the ones that were so thick and not so discreet. WITh these I don’t have that problem.
Yep! I’m currently 12 weeks pregnant with #8 and this is a regular occurance with me. It’s awful but it’s life! Thanks for sharing, I’m going to pick some up. Always is one of my faves!
I like that Always offers small, discreet options. No one likes giant bulky pads down there.

Bladder leakage can be a total pain and it would be so nice to have something like Always to rely on. This is definitely one of the products that I always have.
