This book would be a perfect gift for someone going through a difficult time, dealing with a change, or really anyone since we all deal with stress at one point or another.
I certainly struggle with managing stress and know that a lot of you probably do also. Sometimes just knowing that someone else is going through the same thing is a big help and that is just what you get from this book. At the end of each story section is helpful advice to make your life less complicated and stress free. The list of 50 Most Common Signs of Stress and Symptoms was pretty enlightening for me. There are some symptoms that I never would have thought to associate with stress. This is a good read for anyone who experiences stress of any level.
