Holiday parties and dinners are such a fun part of this season. To be a great guest at every holiday gathering you attend this year, express your gratitude by giving a thoughtful gift. Finding the perfect way to show appreciation to the host and hostess, without breaking the bank, can be a bit tricky. A bottle of wine is always popular, but chocolates are another wonderful  hostess gift idea. Just about everyone appreciates a good piece of chocolate. About A Mom has partnered with CVS to share a delicious holiday hostess gift idea with you.
We put together some lovely hostess gift ideas using some of our favorite Gold Emblem Select Chocolates from CVS. The Gourmet European Chocolate Truffles and Candy Bars are perfect for picking up on your way to a holiday party. Just grab a box of Gold Emblem Select Gourmet Truffles, a couple of Gourmet European Chocolate Bars, and a gift bag for simple hostess gift. You might even want to make up a few extra gift bags, to keep up under the tree for unexpected guests who come bearing gifts.
Don’t forget to pick up a few extra chocolates for yourself!
If you have time to prepare your hostess gift in advance, place a few boxes of truffles and chocolate bars in a pretty holiday basket. Add a festive ornament, and tie it all up with some clear cellophane and a bow. This basket turned out so pretty and took just minutes to put together.
CVS has everything you need for holiday gift giving, and the savings are great when you use your ExtraCare Card. Will you be popping into CVS this holiday season?
One lucky About A Mom reader will win the assortment of Gold Emblem Chocolates pictured in this blog post. Giveaway is open to US readers, and ends on December 15, 2014 at 11:59pm EST.
