Cream Cheese Mushroom Bites

These cream cheese mushroom bites are a wonderful appetizer recipe to make for your next dinner party or holiday get-together with friends or family.


1 Cup Portobello mushrooms 1/2 Cup cream cheese 2 Tbsps melted butter 1 Tsp salt 1 Tsp pepper 1/2 Tsp minced garlic 3 Tbsps chopped parsley


Heat oven to 375 degrees.

In a small bowl combine the butter, salt, pepper, and garlic.

Remove mushroom stems and toss mushrooms in the bowl.

Place mushrooms on a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Fill mushrooms with a scoop of cream cheese.

Garnish with chopped parsley.
