Laura and I had a chance to see the first two episodes of Dallas already and are so excited to tell you that it’s fantastic! We’ve been eagerly anticipating this show since hearing about it last year and are already hooked. The iconic characters, J.R., Bobby, and Sue Ellen along with a new generation of Ewings, return to the Southfork ranch. The feud continues and power struggles reach a new level of explosive drama. Things sizzle between newcomers, John Ross Ewing III (Josh Henderson), son of J.R., and his cousin Christopher Ewing (Jesse Metcalfe), the adopted son of Bobby (Patrick Duffy).
We love how the relationship between John Ross and Christopher mimics that of their fathers. Even better, J.R. and Bobby still have a few tricks up their sleeves. We were thrilled to see Sue Ellen return to the show. She looks amazing and here character is stronger and more successful than ever.
If you didn’t see the original Dallas series, that’s okay. It’s easy to pick up whose who from the new cast. Will you be watching the premiere tonight? Let’s be ‘bad’ together with Dallas all summer long!
