This is a really fun craft project for older kids and moms alike!
DIY Bead Clay
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
1/2 cup cornstarch
warm water
bowl
toothpicks
string
paint
sealant (optional)
Mix flour, salt, and cornstarch in a bowl. Add warm water until mixture forms a shape. Knead. Make into beads; pierce with tooth-picks and allow to dry. Paint and string. Seal if desired.
