The Dr. Seuss Green Eggs and Ham Breakfast is a special event offering on most Carnival cruises. It is typically offered on the last day at sea with two seating times available. The special offering will cost you an additional $5 per person. I imagine you’re wondering if it is worth it to pay an additional fee for this breakfast, when all of your meals are already included in the cost of the cruise. I know was a little skeptical at first, but after attending the Dr. Seuss breakfast with my family I think it is very worthwhile. Many thanks to Carnival for hosting my family!
There are so many things on board Carnival cruises that are geared towards families cruising with kids, and Carnival’s Green Eggs and Ham Breakfast is no exception. That doesn’t mean the adults won’t enjoy it too!
If you’re on the fence about paying extra for the Green Eggs and Ham Breakfast on Carnival, here’s a look at what you can expect:
Dr. Seuss themed tablescapes and decorations. The Carnival staff goes all out in making this breakfast fee festive. Colorful tablecloths, printed napkins, and elaborate centerpieces really set the mood. I was so impressed by the Cat in the Hat ice sculpture!
Characters. In attendance at this breakfast are some of your favorite Dr. Seuss characters with some fun photo opportunities.
Special themed menu with plenty of kid-friendly options. I was quite impressed by the menu options for this breakfast that include some great choices for parents too.
Even steak and eggs…
I know! Looks good, right?
A little something for you sweet tooth too…
Carnival has a way of making things fun for the entire family. We’ll definitely bee doing the Green Eggs and Ham Breakfast on our next Carnival cruise. You can sign up for this special event on your first day of sailing, but be quick about it. It fills up fast!
