As I get older, one thing I’ve noticed is that my skin is starting to look dull. During my twenties and maybe even a bit in my thirties, I gave little thought to skincare – sometimes not even washing the makeup off my face before bedtime. I could never get away with that now. Although I put a lot more effort into my skincare regiment, I’m not one to spend a small fortune on products and need a routine I can do quickly. That’s where the POND’S Luminous Line products come into play.
POND’S has been around as far back as I can remember. I recall my mom always having a jar of POND’S cream on her bathroom counter, when I was a child. While chatting with my mom about writing this review, she said it’s still one of her favorite brands for skincare and she remembers her own mother using POND’S. That’s quite an endorsement, as far as I’m concerned. I knew going into this review that I would most likely enjoy the products, but I wasn’t quite prepared for just how luminous and radiant my skin would be after using the POND’S® Luminous Line products.
The line includes a Wet Cleansing Towelette, moisturizer and collection of cleansers that brighten dull skin. The Towelettes are enriched with moisturizing ingredients and soft white Kaolin clay known to act like a magnet, to gently draw out dirt, makeup and deep-dwelling impurities leaving skin bright and luminous.
I am a huge fan of the POND’S Wet Cleansing Towelette. I have used them many times before. They make makeup removal a breeze. On days that I don’t wear any makeup at all, I like to use one in the afternoon to quickly cleanse and refresh my face. My skin get very oily during the warmer months, making these wipes a must have beauty product for me.
I feel my best when I have a fresh, clean face!
I like to alternate daily between the Luminous Clean Cream Cleanser and the Luminous Clean Daily Exfoliating Cleanser. While the exfoliating cleanser contains micro beads that are super gentle, I still prefer to not exfoliate every day because of my sensitive skin. They both do a great job of cleansing and leaving my skin feeling nourished.
Just in time for the warmer months, the latest addition to the POND’S® Luminous Line, POND’S® Luminous Moisture™ Day Lotion with SPF 15 is enriched with illuminating minerals. The weightless SPF 15 formula contains UVA and UVB sun protection against skin-damaging rays. I try to never go outside without SPF protection, and have really enjoyed using this product.
POND’S Luminous Line
What I like most about the Luminous Line is it’s affordability! The complete Luminous Line is available at mass retailers, select drugstores and supermarkets nationwide for a suggested retail price of $4.99 – $5.79. This price point puts radiant, luminous skin easily within reach.
POND’S® 30-Day Luminous Photo Challenge
POND’S has partnered with supermodel Molly Sims to help women look luminous every day. Together, they have launched the “POND’S® 30-Day Luminous Photo Challenge,” a 30-day photo sweepstakes featuring daily challenges to inspire women to share photos of their happiest, most radiant moments.
Thirty prizes will be awarded so women can live life more luminously. From March 4 through April 2, women can upload pictures to the POND’S® Facebook page or share via Twitter or Instagram by using the hashtag #LuminousEffect. There are still two days left to get your entries in!
I participated in this campaign for One2One Network. By posting, I am eligible for incentive. I received product to facilitate my post, but all opinions stated are my own.

These look like something I would use
I received the same product for review and really like them. I’d never used POND’s before receiving the products but I’m hooked now. My favorite is the Luminous Moisture™ Day Lotion with SPF 15.
I like that kind of thing when I travel, and since you showed the texture, I’m really interested. I think I’ll pick up a pack!
I love pond’s! It’s all my mom used too!
