Like so very many people, I am starting the new year off with a renewed focus on eating and living healthy. Until recently, I had become very lazy about my health. It has been very easy to incorporate Linwoods flaxseed products into my diet. Just a spoonful added to my oatmeal, smoothies, scrambled eggs, or yogurt is all it takes.
