Watch The Pack on Amazon Prime Video, November 20th!
What will you be doing this weekend? I’ll be snuggled up on the couch with my pack – my daughter and our two dogs – to watch The Pack on Amazon Prime. I love that it is a series the whole family can enjoy together.
The Pack prime movie is a new global unscripted series that celebrates the unrivaled bond between dogs and their human companions. Hosted by Olympic gold medalist Lindsey Vonn and her canine co-host Lucy, the series features twelve teams of dogs and their humans on an epic adventure across multiple continents.
In each locale, the human and dog duos will face fun and exciting challenges, designed in concert with a team of accredited veterinarians and certified dog experts that also accompany the group on their exciting journey, making sure it is a positive experience for everyone.
At stake is a life-changing $750,000 for the winning duo and their charity, $500,000 to the winners plus an additional $250,000 prize amount for the animal charity of their choice. Additionally, The Pack donated $250,000 during filming to multiple charities and animal rescue organizations in each country, helping to pay it forward to dogs and those who love them around the world. To win the monetary prize for themselves and their charity, the teams will have to depend on their understanding of one another’s strengths and weaknesses and prove to have the strongest bond in the pack.
Meet My Pack
To celebrate the premiere of The Pack on Amazon Prime Video, I received a box of fun toys for my family to enjoy with the dogs. With two dogs under a year old, there is a always a lot of puppy playtime going on. It gets kind of crazy around here sometimes. Most of the time.
If you’re a regular reader of this blog, you know that we have always been a dog family. Our pack has changed some in recent years. My mom, Laura, kidnapped our dog, Fiona last year. Just kidding! Mom and Fiona forged a very strong bond with each other, so Fiona went back to Georgia after Mom’s extended visit with us. We miss them both.
We have added two dogs to our pack in the last 12 months and we so sadly lost our sweet, Winston, in September. He was our dog for almost fifteen years and will forever be missed.
Our little girl, Bubbles, actually just recently had her first birthday. She is our feisty little Yorkie/Chihuahua mix. Bubbles is the sweetest girl. I hate to admit it, but she is daddy’s girl. She absolutely adores my fiancé, Andy. She’s also a fierce huntress and protector of our family… all five pounds of her. She has a very big bark for such a little dog. It must be that bit of Chihuahua in her.
Over the summer we added another new pup, Mr. Sprinkles, to our pack. He is a Yorkie/Maltese mix and is such a little rascal! No roll of toilet paper or box of tissues is safe from him. He is also my snuggly teddy bear. This little guy melts my heart.
Bubbles and Mr. Sprinkles couldn’t be a more perfect match. They truly love each other and cannot stand to be separated. Even our groomer refers to them as her little love birds. These two dogs were meant for our pack.
