Good oral hygiene is important to a dogs overall health. While these crunchy treats will help remove plaque and improve your dog’s breath, Veterinarians recommend regular teeth brushing for dogs and annual cleanings.

Winston has been my dog for more than 13 years. He’s part of the family. I take him to see our veterinarian once per year for his dental cleaning. They give him anesthesia and he sleeps through the whole thing. I don’t have the luxury of having him asleep when I attempt to brush his teeth. Honestly, brushing my dog’s teeth is such a traumatic ordeal (for both him and me) that I don’t do it as often as I should. I do make sure he gets regular checkups, eats a healthy diet, and takes supplements such as glucosamine supplements for dogs which help his joints. I want Winston to stick around for as long as possible.

This is Winston.

So I had bought my pup some minties (alternative for greenies), however he did not like them. Not to mention that I did not see they add coloring to it. I wanted a more natural way, and found this. Let’s just say, he loved them. Thanks
