Disclosure: I received a bottle of Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing to review, but Kraft has not reviewed or approved what I wrote below. As always, all opinions are my own.
Entertaining is so much fun this time of the year. It’s warm enough outside to enjoy a backyard BBQ, making it easy for me to feed a crowd. This past weekend my nephew was hosting band practice, so we fired up the grill and got zesty. Kraft send me a bottle of their Zesty Italian Dressing to try out, and I have to confess that I already had a bottle of it in my pantry. My family loves this dressing! I love it because it can be used for much more than dressing a salad. I often use Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing as a marinade for my grilled meats and vegetables. It does a fabulous job of tenderizing and adding a zesty flavor to the dish.
On Saturday, I skewered up some beef, chicken, and vegetable kabobs in the morning. I generously covered them with Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing and let them sit, covered, in the fridge for about four hours. After the kids finished up with band practice, we grilled up the kabobs and pigged out. Everything was delicious, but I personally enjoyed the grilled veggies the most – served with some salad greens and rice.
While they were eating lunch, I asked everyone to show me their zesty face. And this is what I got…
