Living a healthy lifestyle is important if you want to live a long and happy life. What exactly does living a healthy lifestyle mean? I think most people would agree that being active, eating a healthy diet, and drinking plenty of water are all part of being healthy. That’s a great start, but there is more.

At some point during the last five years, I have let myself get off track. Way off track. Excessive weight gain has left me feeling tired and unhappy with myself. Traveling is something that I love to do, and being out of shape has been making travel really difficult for me. It takes me two days to recover after a trip. I have had to cut way back on my travel schedule.
Earlier this year, I made a commitment to start living a healthier lifestyle. I have booked a 2 week tour in Europe for the spring and it’s my motivation to get healthy again. Living a Healthy Lifestyle
Get enough rest. This isn’t easy for someone who stays up late and gets up early, desperately longing more hours in the day. Going to bed just an hour earlier than I used to has helped me so much.
Be active. Keeping up with a tour group for two weeks is going to require a lot of stamina which is something I don’t have a lot of at my current weight. Getting more exercise is one of my biggest goals. I have been taking the dogs for extra long walks in both the morning and evening. It’s been great for all of us.
Eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of water. I’ve got the water covered, but my diet is still lacking. To help make up for some of my poor food decisions, I started taking Centrum® MultiGummies to make sure that I am getting enough of vitamins and minerals.
