The holiday season is fast approaching, so it’s time to start thinking seriously about gift giving. This year I really hope to find gifts that will make the people I care about feel extra special. I love giving homemade gifts. This year time to make a lot homemade gifts is not a luxury that I have, so I’ll be scaling back some. In the past I have enjoyed designing personalized calendars using family photos. Personalized gifts are another great way to make someone feel extra special, especially kids. Most of the kids in my family have either unusual names or names that are spelled a little differently, so I’ve never really been able to walk into a store and purchase personalized gifts off the racks. Ideas for adding personalized touches to your gifts that don’t require a lot of time or money:
