Heritage and food go hand in hand. Italy has pasta and Japan has sushi, while the French are synonymous with the baguette. Belgium clearly has ownership over chocolate. But what is America’s official dish? It’s hard to believe that America doesn’t have an official food. When it comes to food in the U.S.A. no food stands out as bold as steak. There you have it. Steak should be America’s official food, and the folks at Outback Steakhouse® agree.

Outback Steakhouse recently launched their new “Bold at Steak” campaign today, centered on the bold flavors, sights and sounds that make Outback the steak authority. There is a brand new menu at Outback which includes the new Wood-Fire Grilled Flat Iron Steak and Victoria’s Filet Portabella.
