What do you do with sloppy joe leftovers? You make a sloppy joe casserole, of course! This recipe is perfect for using up your sloppy joe leftovers. Just estimate how much pasta you need according to your leftovers. Don’t worry if it’s not exact. The beauty of a casserole is that anything goes!

How to Make Sloppy Joe Casserole

ingredients:

1 (16 ounce) can Sloppy Joe Sauce

1 pound ground beef

1 box prepared spaghetti noodles

½ cup green onions, sliced

1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

In a large saucepan, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Drain the grease. Add Sloppy Joe Sauce and stir until well combined. Warm through and remove from heat.

Spray a 9 inch x 13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Lay the prepared noodles into the pan, in an even layer. Spoon the meat sauce over the noodles. Using a spoon work some of the sauce into the noodles, leaving most of the sauce on the top in an even layer. Sprinkle sliced green onions over and grated cheese over the top.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • In a large saucepan, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Drain the grease. Add Sloppy Joe sauce and stir well. Warm through and remove from heat.
  • Spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish with cooking spray. Lay the prepared noodles into the pan, in an even layer. Spoon the meat sauce over the noodles.
