Winter is in full swing and with that comes the lulled in excitement. We are spending less time outdoor and having adventures. But it doesn’t have to be that way. You can fight off those winter blues and Outback wants to help with some great new menu choices. I am excited to partner with Outback to share with you what’s new!
Outback, known for their grilled steaks, chicken and seafood also offers a wide variety of crisp salads and soups that are made fresh. Their grilled classics and new creations are made from scratch everyday while using only the highest quality ingredients from around the world. It’s why my family loves to eat at Outback.
Outback wants to help you fight off the winter dreariness with their newest way to enjoy their great tasting menu. Hand-carved roasted is joining Outback’s other preparation options, Seasoned & Seared and Wood-Fire Grilled. Seasoned and seared to lock in its natural juicy flavors, Outback’s new Roasted Sirloin is then slow roasted for three hours for maximum tenderness and hand-carved to order.
Coming in 3 choices, starting at just $10.99, the new Roasted Sirloin is perfectly paired with bold new sides and savory sauces. The classic roasted sirloin has tender slices of roasted sirloin that is then topped with a rich Cabernet sauce and served with mashed potatoes and a broccoli garnish. The Marsala Roasted Sirloin is topped sautéed mushrooms, a savory mushroom Marsala sauce over top and creamy Parmesan rice and a broccoli on the side. The Bistro Roasted Sirloin features a Dijon bistro sauce, crispy diced potatoes and a broccoli garnish.
In addition to the new dishes featuring the Roasted Sirloin, Outback’s Signature Steaks can either be seasoned with a blend of 17 spices and then seared on the flattop grilled or the wood-fired grill that has a delicious natural flavor.
If you are looking for all of the steak flavor but without the fork, then the Steakhouse Quesadilla is the perfect choice with tender slow-roasted sirloin, Monterey Jack cheese, chipotle spread, cilantro and green onions, and served with sour cream.
Outback hopes that you will step out of the cold and check out their new menu items. I don’t know about you, but I am ready to brave the cold and head to Outback!

My fav at Outback is the grilled salmon w/ sweet potato. It’s actually my favorite place to go!
The blooming onion! Many have tried to imitate but cannot duplicate!
I love the VICTORIA’S FILET® MIGNON*
My favorite is the Blooming Onion, of course! Actually, I probably like the dipping sauce for it even better than the onion itself 🙂
