I have curated many recipe collections on Foodie.com, but I think this might just be my favorite to date. This collection of one pot meals encompasses two important things for the busy family cook – comfort foods (sure crowd pleasers) and ease of preparation. This time of the year in particular, I find myself craving comfort foods. Hearty meals that will fill you up on a cold day. That’s the ticket.

Quick and easy. That’s the beauty of one pot meals. Having fewer dishes to wash is such a bonus. The less time I spend in the kitchen cleaning up dishes, the better.
So let’s get to eating shall we?

I don’t think I can choose a favorite from this recipe collection. Maybe the One Pot Chili Mac and Cheese or the Paprika Chicken Thighs? The Cabbage Casserole and Creamy Chicken Pasta both look pretty great too. Which one is your favorite?

Obe pot meals are some of my favorite things to make especially slowcooker or just baking. Fewer dishes and usually so ‘homey’ and comfort food.

Anything in a crockpot is great! Thanks for sharing!
YUM! The Cheesy Broccoli, Chicken and Rice recipe on the one pot meal recipe list sounds delicious! I LOVE one pot meals and I always find them to be super convenient, especially when I have a hungry husband waiting for dinner to be done! I actually made an Asian beef stir fry recipe today that was a one-pot meal and it was super easy!

I do a lot of one pot meals, they are so much easier and make clean up easier.
I grew up in Minnesota. This is something we Minnesotans are very proud of. The using of one pot to make an entire meal. My husband is from California, where he had meat and potatoes each meal. We did too, it was just all cut, cooked, and served in one container. 🙂
love this idea! my fave recipe from the Comfort in One Pot Collection is
One Pot Creamy Chicken Pasta
