1 - 1 1/2 pound Smithfield Marinated Roasted Garlic and Cracked Black Pepper Fresh Pork Tenderloin 6-7 Roma tomatoes, sliced in half and seeds removed 1 Tbsp olive oil Salt and fresh cracked pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place pork tenderloin in a large baking dish or roasting pan.
Arrange tomatoes cut side up around tenderloin.
Drizzle tomatoes with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and fresh cracked pepper.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a thermometer registers 145°F.
