You are probably used to me talk about my dogs Winston and Lilly, but today we are going to mix things up a bit. The cats are taking over and I have some cat-tacular news! I am excited to tell you about Rachael Ray Nutrish for Cats. My Winston and Lilly eat Nutrish dog food exclusively, and now their cat cousins can share the same delicious and natural food. This post is sponsored by Rachael Ray Nutrish. However, all thoughts and opinions are my own. My family pets truly love Nutrish!
I grew up having cats as pets, but as an adult realized that I had some cat allergies. Although I am now a Dog Mom, I still love cats. In fact, I get teased over the way that I feed all of the stray cats in the neighborhood. I have been known to venture off into the woods to feed them.
Down the road, at my brother’s house, live two very sweet cats named Bindy and Boots. These cats have a wonderful life with hundreds of acres of woods to play in, and horses, goats, dogs, and a donkey to pester when they get bored.
Yesterday, I was able to snap a few pictures of Bindy. She is a brave mama cat who once fought off a fox to save her kittens. By the time my brother got outside, Bindy was on top of the foxes head. Luckily, that story ends well. Bindy and all of her kittens were safe. Bindy now lives happily on my brother’s property with one of her kittens, Boots, who got his name because he is all black with white paws. Boots is a wild thing and wouldn’t be still long enough for me to snap any pics of him outside. Bindy on the other hand, was happy to pose for a photo shoot.

I think making sure your animals have the right foods is important – it can definitely help or hinder their digestive health. We donate food to the local shelters from time-to-time, so I will have to keep Rachael Ray Nutrish for Cats in mind!
