Recently we went on a girls trip to Stone Mountain Park in Atlanta. We had such an amazing day of playing in the snow at Snow Mountain and taking in all that Snow Mountain Christmas has to offer. After a fun filled day of play we were exhausted! The Hampton Inn Atlanta Northlake was the perfect place for us to get a restful night’s sleep.
The Atlanta Northlake Hampton Inn is located only a few miles from Stone Mountain Park. Our trip to the hotel took us through a beautiful part of Atlanta that I was not familiar with. I was so excited to see that familiar Hampton Inn sign once we arrived. The hotel staff was so welcoming when we arrived and checking in took just a matter of minutes.
We were all glad to get comfortable and relax, after a quick run back down to the lobby for some snacks. Becca got busy texting with her friends. Of course, I had to check in on the blog and was thankful for the fast Internet access.
Our room was impeccably clean and nicely furnished, so it was easy to comfortably settle down for the night. It included a 37-inch flat panel high definition television and all of the other conveniences you would want at a hotel. So often I don’t rest well in hotels, but fortunately this night was an exception. I’m sure exhaustion and the comfy bed both attributed to this restful night.
The complimentary breakfast in the morning was delicious and there was so much to choose from. My sister took advantage of the waffle maker, while I opted for some fresh fruit and a danish.
The Hampton Inn at Northlake is conveniently located to a lot of attractions and conference centers in Atlanta, making it the perfect place for a restful night.
