In one of my favorite episodes “Remember Me” from Rizzoli & Isles Season Two, Jane’s old nemesis, serial killer Charles Hoyt, just won’t seem to go away. After a young man is killed in a jail bathroom, Hoyt claims to have clues about the murder just a day before his release. Hoyt continuously taunts Jane and in this episode, the relationship is finally put to rest.
Thankfully I have never experienced anything as horrible as Jane did with the character Hoyt, but I have experienced a relationship gone wrong and had difficulty getting closure. I think most of us have had one of those ex’s or former friends that just wanted to drag things out and couldn’t let bygones be bygones.
Have you ever experiences a past relationship with someone that you wanted to bring to a close but it just kept creeping back?
The Season 3 Premiere of Rizzoli & Isles is just around the corner on Tuesday, June 5th, at 9/8c on TNT! I can’t wait to see what’s next for Jane and Maura in both their professional and personal lives.
If you missed any of Season Two, it’s now available on DVD! Get caught up now, before the new season begins.
Disclosure: I have been hired by Warner Bros. WBWord division to promote Rizzoli & Isles Season Two on DVD.
