Rockboard Scooter Review & Giveaway

M-Y Products has created one of the coolest models of kick scooters that I have ever seen, called the Original Rockboard Scooter.

The scooter comes fully assembled and can easily be folded for compact storage, one of my favorite features. It can easily be adjusted to the correct height, making it perfect for multiple users. The Original Rockboard Scooter features comfort grip and aluminum alloy brake handles, allowing for hours of Rockboarding with perfect control. The Rockboard is revolutionary in that it’s a 2-in-1 scooter, that can be propelled by a kick motion or powered by rocking back and forth on the deck. Propulsion is achieved with each rock, wasting zero energy and allowing the scooter to reach speeds up to 10mph. The rear spring-enhanced suspension means the smoothest ride even on the most unforgiving pavement.

I thought for sure it would be the younger girls monopolizing our new Rockboard, but it turns out that 14 year old Nathaniel seems to ride it the most. It’s a little scary how fast he gets when going downhill. Thank goodness for the good brakes on it! Here in rural Georgia we have both clay and paved roads. Surprisingly it does pretty well on the clay roads, but works much better on the pavement. The kids have had a lot of fun cruising around on their Rockboard. I love that they are going outside more and getting exercise, while having tons of fun. Fortunately, we have had a mild winter so far so they are getting to ride it a lot.

The Scooter stands at an adjustable handlebar height of 48 inches and weighs in at 20.8 pounds. It is intended for ages 8 and up and will accommodate up to 200 pounds. Yay! I won’t break the scooter! It’s available in the fun colors of white, orange, blue or pink.
