I was so eager to get cookin’ when I returned home from Europe earlier this month. The first dish I made, potato gnocchi in red sauce with ricotta clouds, was inspired by a wonderful lunch I had in Florence. I ate so much wonderful food on this trip, but I really enjoyed the simplicity of this dish. I hope you enjoy it too!
