On our trip to the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia, mom and I had the pleasure of staying at Serenity in the Mountains, Lodge and Day Spa. We stayed in a luxurious two bedroom, two bathroom suite that was literally almost as big as our house. Our suite featured a beautiful gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, Jacuzzi tub, over-sized tiled walk in showers and much more. I fell in love with the rustic decor instantly. The wood paneled walls and ceiling gave the feeling of a log cabin.
After a busy day of shopping and taking in all the wonderful sites of Blue Ridge, Serenity in the Mountains was the perfect place to rest and feel pampered. I didn’t think mom would ever get out of the comfy leather recliner sitting next to the fireplace. Our beds were super comfortable, not what you would expect for a hotel and Mom said she had the best nights sleep in a long while. Everything about Serenity in the Mountains lent to relaxation and comfort.
Our trip was so packed full of activities that we did not get a chance to take advantage of the Serenity world class day spa. A Blue Ridge local we met on our trip gave the spa a terrific endorsement. She told us that she visits regularly with her own sister and mom.
