Slow Cooker Sweet Korean BBQ is such a great weeknight easy recipe. It’s full of flavor and has the wonderful sweetness you would expect from Korean BBQ. Don’t you just love it when a great tasting dish is easy to prepare?
You’ll be glad to know that this isn’t a spicy dish, so the kids will love it too. I usually like a little heat in my food, but the other seasonings in the sauce totally make up for that.
My secret ingredient in this recipe is one of Campbell’s Slow Cooker Sauces. Campbell’s Sauces are “Easy to Use”, whether for an Every Day meal or Game Day get-together.
Campbell’s Sauces are a great way to help you cook a real meal, even if you have little time on your Monday through Friday hectic schedule, especially if you have kids. You can spend more time with your family, instead of cooking dinner.
You only need 5 minutes to prep this meal, so it’s easy to get it started in the slow cooker in the morning. When it’s time for dinner, simply cook some rice and a vegetable and you’re all set for dinner. To bump up the nutrients, I like to serve this with brown rice.
