It’s almost a new year and with it comes new resolutions, and renewed health and fitness goals. Like so many people, I kicked off 2015 with a new and improved healthier lifestyle. I was so motivated, and had some success. Sadly, it didn’t last. This year I am getting a head start on my health and fitness goals for 2016 with some smart health and fitness gear from Sears Connected Solutions.
I’ve been saying for months that I need to lose some weight and get into better shape, but I need some serious help. I have a two week trip to Europe planned for this spring, and know that I need to start getting fit soon, if I’m going to be able to keep up with the long days of walking with a tour group. I have really been needing something like the Fitbit Flex in my life to track every step I take to help me reach my goals. It’s comfortable, slim and stylish so I’m likely to wear it on most days.

I would love to get the Fitbit Flex Slate- Wireless Activity + Sleep Wristband . I used to have the old type of activity tracker, and it was very motivating to try to meet or break my old records. I found myself taking stairs instead of elevators, and parking far from the stores I would be going to shop at, etc.
My goal is to get healthy–again. It’s been a few years, due to life circumstances, since I’ve been able to stay fit, and 2016 holds no barriers for me!
