I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. I love this week between Christmas and New Years, as it’s a time of reflection and planning for the coming year. One tradition I look forward to at the end of each year, is compiling a list of the top 10 recipes from the year on About a Mom. I’ve been doing this list for a few years now and am so excited to share the top 10 recipes of 2016 with you, but first if you’re in the mood for a walk down memory lane, check out my top 10 recipes from 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015.
A few of these recipes I’m about to share make the top 10 each and every year. Slow cooker recipes, freezer meals, casseroles and desserts continue to be popular. Lately, I’ve really been getting into preparing freezer meals for the slow cooker. If you have a New Year’s Resolution to eat healthier in 2017, you’ll definitely want to check out these 5 healthy slow cooker freezer meals that I shared last November.
I continue to be amazed by how well some of these old recipes from my early blogging days are doing. I keep saying that I am going to update the pictures in these posts, but can’t seem to find the time. Yet, they continue to get lots of shares on Pinterest and Facebook. Maybe I should just leave them alone?
