After Angela and I helped host the #V8Protein Twitter party last week, I found myself very excited about spring which will be here before you know it. I’m looking forward to the warm sun and all of the outdoor activities. During these last few weeks of cold weather, there are so many projects I want to tackle and finish up so that I will have more time for outdoor fun with my family when the weather gets nice. In addition to finishing up projects, during these last weeks of winter, I’ll be squeezing in some additional exercise to get ready for spring. Yoga and walking the dogs are two of my favorite workouts. It’s going to take a bit of work to get ready for swimsuit season! It was fun to learn, during the Twitter party, how many of you love exercising with your kids. It’s such a great example to set for our children!
