Fun Sailboat Cupcakes

The instructions provided are to make the sails. For the cupcakes I used a white cake mix and whipped up a batch of my favorite buttercream icing. 

Cut the scrapbooking paper into 2 1/2 inch squares. If your cocktail pics are longer or shorter than 4 1/2 inches, adjust accordingly. Just leave enough at the end of the pick to poke into the cupcakes.

Fold each square in half to form a triangle. On one end of the crease snip with your scissors, approximately 1/4 inch. This is where you will slide in the pick. Use the image below as a guide. Run a bead of glue to hold the pick in place and adhere the paper to form a sail.

Place on top of your cupcaked and enjoy!
