Hash Brown Casserole

– 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup – 2 cups sour cream – 1/2 cup yellow onion, finely chopped – 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded – 1/4 teaspoon ground black peppe

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix together the thawed hash browns, melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion, 1 1/2 cups of the cheddar cheese, and black pepper until well combined.

Step 2

Transfer the hash brown mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

STEP 3

Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.
