Strawberry Scones

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Step 1

Cut in the chilled butter using a pastry cutter or two knives until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and shape into a circle about 1 inch thick. Cut into 12 wedges.
